Our UQ-Oxford Executive Leadership Program will expose you to global leadership expertise that will transform your impact. This program explores tools and ways of thinking that will challenge your approach to leadership. It will enhance your ability to capitalise on the opportunities arising in the sectors and communities you work and live in.
This 6-month program includes 8 workshops and peer coaching group sessions over 5 months in Brisbane, and a 1-week residential at the University of Oxford Saïd Business School.

Unique program features
- Designed for busy professionals: Learn at a pace that allows you to absorb, apply and embed fresh concepts to your organisations and teams as you progress. The timing of modules also makes it possible to fit study in, and around, work and travel.
- Brisbane CBD location: Learn locally with 2 face-to-face days per month over 4 months at UQ's historic Brisbane City venue.
- Oxford residency: Experience a week-long residential immersion at the University of Oxford’s Saïd Business School.
- Capability and confidence: Gain world-class capability and confidence to meet the challenges facing executive leaders in the local context.
- Expand your leadership network: Create global connections with top academics at 2 world renowned business schools, and forge long lasting connections with peers across industry and government.
- Address your own critical work challenge: Apply skills and concepts to your own live challenge over the course of the program and create space to actively reflect on your impact to deeply embed what you've learned.
- Impact learning groups: Take part in impact learning groups with your peers, guided by a professional coach, and develop executive coaching skills.
- Executive learning hub: Gain access to a 24/7 online learning platform, allowing you to revisit course materials and stay engaged with your learning anytime, anywhere, at a pace that suits your schedule.
Eligibility to attend
Executives and senior leaders working across the corporate, government, not-for-profit and community sectors. This program is open to leaders from all industries, who are looking to expand their leadership impact and navigate more confidently the changing business landscape.

The speakers and teaching staff have been incredible both at UQ and Oxford. Everyone one of them has held their own. The energy they bring, the fact that there is practical application and that they have worked in, and alongside industry, makes a huge difference.
We've learned individually, in small groups and as the larger cohort and through this we have gotten to know each other so well. It's a really rich experience and a huge part of the program is that cohort effect.

The investment
$40,000 +GST
The program fee covers all course materials and includes full catering during sessions held at UQ Brisbane City. It also covers full catering and accommodation for the Oxford residential week.
Please note flights to Oxford are not included and must be arranged separately by participants.
